TRAINING COURSES

We pride ourselves in taking care of all our Trainees and assisting them wherever possible, 
as well as updating their knowledge as we receive the latest from the states.      
Once training is complete we will be available to you via telephone or e-mail 
should any queries about individuals arise.  

BASIC COURSE

Training consists of 5 full days - 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at our premises . 
Tea/coffee are included for the trainee. The training is spread into 2 sections: 

Day 1 - Theory:      

1. Permanent Make-up introduction 
2. What is permanent Make-up 
3. Getting to know and understand your Blue Diamond Permanent make-up Device 
4. Permanent make-up Vs. Tattooing      
5. The importance of Hygiene. 
6. Application of pigment. 
7. Anesthetics. 
8. Permanent Make-up Safety Tips. 
9. Sterilization 
10. Perfecting an application and shape. 
11. Colour co-ordination. 
12. Device maintenance 
13. Post-treatment for the client. 
14. Indemnity forms for your business. 
15. Trouble shooting -answers and questions. 
16. Getting to know your machine 
17. Permanent make-up exercises 
18. Colour techniques 

Day 2-5 Practical:

Including: 

3x Eyebrow applications
3x Eyeliner applications
3x Lip liner and Full lip applications
 (lip anaesthetic will be administered by a Dentist)
Day 5 will include one or two procedures, depending on your ability.

A written and practical exam will be held at our premises on the last day of your training, 
after which a certificate of achievement will be awarded to the Trainee. 
If necessary further practical sessions are available at an additional charge, until you are 100% 
confident in the procedure.

Clients for these  practical days will be supplied by the trainee (at no additional cost), your clients  
will be required to sign an indemnity form. They can; however, be rest assured that I will 
be in attendance at all times to prevent any problems. All notes are supplied by Our Secret. 
ALL lip applications will have anaesthetic administered by the dentist. 
The cost of which will be the responsibility of the client.

ADVANCED TRAINING

Advanced training consists of two to four days . 
1. The first day includes a short update on the basics of  P.M.U for the established artist,
perfecting your developed skill, exchanging information and updating in the latest techniques. 
Written information will be supplied by Our Secret. 
2. The second day will incorporate Practical  applications (clients supplied by the trainee)  
depending on the specific applications required. 
3. A certificate of achievement will be awarded.

Advanced training includes:
Camouflage - scarring pigmentation and reconstructive. 
Advanced lip techniques
Embroidery techniques
